1. “The top 10 things dead people want to tell living people, are: 1. They’re not dead. 2. They’re sorry for any pain they caused. 3. There’s no such thing as a devil or hell. 4. They were ready to go when they went. 5. You’re not ready. 6. They finally understand what they were missing. 7. Nothing can prepare you for the beauty of the moment you arrive. 8. Don’t try to understand this now, but life is exceedingly fair. 9. Your pets are as crazy, brilliant and loving, here, as they were there. 10. Life really is all about love, but not just loving those who love you… In their own words, The Universe”

Chopin - Piano Concerto no. 2 in f minor, with Her Majesty at the piano

Dusty Fleas: You led me on a merry chase. I was actually waiting for Her Majesty, the Queen of England to sit down and play the piano. Took almost 10 minutes in to realize I’d been duped. I thought it was going to be the event of the century. Follow up coming.

Pay attention, kids. Argerich is purportedly the world’s most gifted pianist journeywomen.

Ludwig van Beethoven - Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 61

    Itzhak Perlman, Violinist
    Daniel Barenboim, Conductor
    Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra

    I. Allegro ma non troppo (00:00)
    II. Larghetto (24:37)
    III. Rondo. Allegro (33:33)

Good heavens! Berenboim was one of my favourite conductors
in my early 20s on Deutsch Gramaphon, Perlman one of my
favourite violinists. We’ve all grown old together, in a manner
    of speaking.

    Classically yours. :)
